Family Holiday Cottage in the Heart of the Lake District

Genral Conditions

Prices are based on a seven night stay, Saturday to Saturday.

Short breaks are subject to availability. Please contact me on 07824 349739 and I will be happy to discuss your individual requirements.

Low Wood View can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and an infant in a cot.

Bookings: To make a provisional booking please call us on 07824 349739. This will be held for one week pending confirmation and a 25% deposit on the price of your stay. The balance should then be paid in full at least 28 days before the commencement of your holiday.

Check-In: Check in for the Low Wood View is from 16:00 and check out by 10:00 on the day of departure.

What’s Included: Bed linen (beds will be made up for your arrival). towels, and electricity are included in the price. Fuel for the fire - 1 complimentary basket of logs will be provided. Additional wood can be purchased from the farm or in the local shops in Glenridding. If purchasing wood from the farm please order in the morning for afternoon delivery.

Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, payments are not refundable in the event of a cancellation. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance to cover you for such eventualities.

Liability: No liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage to the client or any member of the party, their baggage, car or contents resulting from riot, war, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or sickness or injury or for loss or damage by a third party.

Pets: Pets are welcome to stay at a price of £25.

Access: The property owners, their representative or Agent shall be allowed access to the holiday accommodation at any reasonable time for essential maintenance.  Whenever possible this would be by prior arrangement and we would attempt minimum disruption to yourselves.

Maintenance of property: Holiday tenants must agree to take good care of their holiday home and to leave it in a good state of cleanliness.  Please report any breakages or faults during the course of your stay so that we can ensure the continual smooth running of your stay and for future guests.

Information: Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information given either orally or written and all representations are made in good faith, no such representation will create any liability on the part of the owners.
